Important Reopening Information
Hello to all of our patients,
We have opened up our practice! We want you to know that we continue to make the safety of our patients and our staff our top priority. We will continue to implement and manage the guidelines and protocols provided by the CDC and the American Dental Association.
Our office staff will continue to disinfect and sanitize the reception area, bathrooms, and all treatment rooms throughout the day. We will be placing plastic covers on our office sofas to enable us to wipe these areas down as part of our disinfection protocol. We have adjusted our patient flow to practice safe social distancing for all of our patients while you are guests in our office. In addition, all members of our team will be wearing masks and additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when appropriate.
We ask that you continue to be patient with us as we navigate a few changes to your scheduled appointments in order for us to provide optimal social distancing and to allow us proper time to sanitize all rooms. We might need to phone you to adjust your appointments’ so we ask for your understanding and patience in advance.
If you have an upcoming appointment and feel ill, or if you have knowingly been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past fourteen days, or if you know you have a compromised immune system, please phone our office at 520.790.2151 to reschedule your appointment.
All patients entering our office will be screened and have their temperature taken. We are currently allowing only one patient in a clinical treatment room at a time. No additional guests or escorts will be allowed with you in the office. We will ask them to remain in their vehicles, remain outside, or provide us with a cell phone number so we may phone them when you are ready to be discharged.
We have missed you and we are anxious to return to the work that we all love…but we must do so in a very thoughtful and methodical way to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
