Meet the Staff
Jean, Practice Administrator
Jean joined our team as the Practice Administrator in 2004. She spent 25 years as an Operational Business Development Specialist working in the Fashion, Beauty, and Cosmetic Surgical Industry prior to joining our team of professionals. She is a specialist in personnel management, marketing, and strategy, and operational management. Jean has received advanced dental management training from the Schuster Center, Scottsdale, Arizona, and The Pride Institute of Practice Management. Jean attended Iowa State University and the University of Iowa. She is a guest speaker for the Department of Periodontics at the University of Texas at San Antonio in their Business Development Program.
Jean is married and the mother of two grown sons, Jonathan & Joshua.
Jennifer, Clinical Team Supervisor
Jennifer began assisting Dr. Brown in 2003. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute with a Dental Assisting Certificate in 1999. She is a certified dental X-ray Technician and is trained by PlanMeca in the operational procedures of our 3D Digital Imaging Cone Beam. Jennifer wears many hats within our practice. She is our Implant Coordinator and manages the inventory and ordering of our dental implants and dental implant parts. She trains the surgical assistants and works closely with our front office team to ensure we have a seamless patient flow between the front and back office.
Jennifer is the mother of two girls and is married to her High School Sweetheart, Victor. She is originally from California and is active within the Tucson community.
Yadira, Appointment Coordinator
Yadira joined our team in 2020 as a clinical sterile technician and front office Appointment Coordinator. Yadi has worked in the dental profession since 2003 where she has worked in pediatric and young adult dental care offices. She is used to working in a fast-paced dental environment and understands the importance of being empathetic, patient, kind, understanding and supportive. She is a problem solver and she excels in organizational and time management skills. She wears many hats within the practice and she is always willing to step up to assist her other team members whenever help is required. Yadi greatest joy is watching the happiness in our patient’s faces when their smiles are enhanced and hearing the words of gratitude from patients who no longer live with dental pain.
Yadi is a graduate of Pimeria Alta High School in Nogales, Arizona. She is the mother of two beautiful children, Marco 16 years old, and Sophia 14 months. Yadi and her husband, Duniesky stay actively busy with their careers, their children, and an active outdoor lifestyle. They are all sports enthusiasts and love living in Arizona which provides them the opportunity to spend so much time outdoors. Yadi loves to bake, play cards and board games, and is a Sudoku enthusiast. Yadira is the oldest of three children. Her younger sister, Carolina Solis works along side her at the front desk, and her brother and both parents also reside in Tucson.
Yadira is fluent in both English and Spanish. Even though Yadira is new to Periodontics she is a seasoned professional who brings an excellent disposition and a kind and loving heart to our team.
Sarah, Registered Dental Hygienist
Sarah joined our dental hygiene team in 2007. She graduated with honors with an Associates in Applied Science from Pima Community College in May 2006. Sarah graduated from the University of Arizona in 1999 with a BS in Speech. Sarah treats patients on Mondays and Wednesdays. She is efficient, effective, professional, and a clinical diva! Sarah loves hygiene and it shows every day with every patient that she treats.
Sarah has one child, Ethan. She enjoys exercising, being outdoors, and volunteering with the Flying Samaritans.
Victoria, Surgical Assistant & Treatment Coordinator
Victoria joined our team in May of 2019 as a Surgical Assistant. Victoria has twelve years of experience in the dental profession. She graduated from Pima Community College with a Dental Assisting Certificate in 2007. She is a Certified Dental X-Ray Technician and is trained in the operational procedures of our 3D Digital Imaging Cone Beam. Victoria is hard-working, committed, and dedicated to her team of professionals, outgoing, and has a tremendous sense of humor.
When Victoria is not busy helping patients and Dr. Brown, she is at work in the fast-paced world of event planning and has been working for Crain & Co since 2013. As a Tucson native, she spends time enjoying the culture of Tucson, spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her church community. Victoria loves to travel, play Volleyball, loves her cats, and finds tremendous enjoyment and satisfaction working on the fixer-upper house that she shares with her husband, Sean.
Denise, Surgical Dental Assistant
Denise joined our team in March of 2021. She graduated top of her class from Pima Community College’s Dental Assisting Program in 2018. She holds certifications from DANB and AAOMS including – DAANCE, Radiation Health and Safety, Infection Control, and Basic Life Support. Denise found her externship through school at Pima Community College with Tucson’s VA Dental Clinic memorable and rewarding. Her curiosity for dentistry began when she was a child and led her to the path she is on today. She aspires to become a Registered Dental Hygienist and later hopes to teach within the profession.
While native to Wisconsin, Denise calls several places home, including Tucson, where her husband is stationed at Davis-Monthan. Her interests include visiting Tucson’s many thrift and antique stores for vintage finds genealogy, journaling, traveling, festivals, fairs, museums, and thrill-seeking adventures.
Anne, Dental Assistant
Anne joined our team in February 2021. She started her dental career in 1985 working with one of the best dental specialty practices in Tucson. She believes that her dental career has been blessed. She will end her dental career with Dr. Graig Brown’s dental practice.
When Anne is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and gardening.
