Meet the Staff
Jean, Practice Administrator
Jean joined our team as the Practice Administrator in 2004. She spent 25 years as an Operational Business Development Specialist working in the Fashion, Beauty and Cosmetic Surgical Industry prior to joining our team of professionals. She is a specialist in personnel management, marketing and strategy and operational management. Jean has received advanced dental management training from the Schuster Center, Scottsdale, Arizona and The Pride Institute of Practice Management. Jean attended Iowa State University and the University of Iowa. She is a guest speaker for the Department of Periodontics at University of Texas at San Antonio in their Business Development Program. Jean is married and the mother of two grown sons, Jonathan & Joshua.
Jennifer, Clinical Team Supervisor
Jennifer began assisting Dr. Brown in 2003. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute with a Dental Assisting Certificate in 1999. She is a certified dental X-ray Technician and is trained by PlanMeca in the operational procedures of our 3D Digital Imaging Cone Beam. Jennifer wears many hats within our practice. She is our Implant Coordinator and manages the inventory and ordering of our dental implants and dental implant parts. She trains the surgical assistants and works closely with our front office team to ensure we have a seamless patient flow between the front and back office. Jennifer is the mother of two girls and is married to her High School Sweetheart, Victor. She is originally from California and is active within the Tucson community.
Carolina, Treatment Coordinator
Carolina joined our team in November 2011 as our Treatment Coordinator. She graduated with her Dental Assisting Certificate from Pima Medical Institute July 2015 with highest honors. She is a certified dental X-Ray Technician and is trained in the operational procedures of our 3D Digital Imaging Cone Beam. Carolina did her externship with PMI with Dr. Graig Brown. Carolina is kind, generous, and very professional. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Carolina will continue to serve our patients as the Treatment Coordinator but we welcome her beautiful smile as the newest member of our Clinical Team. In her spare time, she enjoys adding to her vinyl record collection and shopping for vintage clothing.
Maria, Dental Surgical Assistant
Maria joined our surgical assisting team in 2009. She is a graduate of Pima Medical Institute with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She is a certified dental X-Ray Technician and is trained in the operational procedures of our 3D Digital Imaging Cone Beam. Maria worked in Orthodontics prior to joining our team. Maria is delightful, full of energy and enthusiasm, and fun. She brings a great deal of laughter to our office. She is a busy mother of three beautiful children. Maria is fluent in Spanish and English.
Sarah, Registered Dental Hygienist
Sarah joined our dental hygiene team in 2007. She graduated with honors with an Associates in Applied Science from Pima Community College in May 2006. Sarah graduated from the University of Arizona in 1999 with a BS in Speech. Sarah treats patients on Mondays and Wednesdays. She is efficient, effective, professional and a clinical diva! Sarah loves hygiene and it shows every day with every patient that she treats. Sarah has one child, Ethan. She enjoys exercising, being outdoors and volunteering with the Flying Samaritans.
Victoria, Surgical Assistant
Victoria joined our team in May of 2019 as a Surgical Assistant. Victoria has twelve years experience in the dental profession. She graduated from Pima Community College with a Dental Assisting Certificate in 2007. She is a Certified Dental X-Ray Technician and is trained in the operational procedures of our 3D Digital Imaging Cone Beam. Victoria is hard working, committed and dedicated to her team of professionals, out-going, and she has a tremendous sense of humor.
When Victoria is not busy helping patients and Dr. Brown, she is at work in the fast paced world of event planning and has been working for Crain & Co since 2013. As a Tucson native she spends time enjoying the culture of Tucson, spending time with her husband, family, friends, and her church community. Victoria loves to travel, play Volleyball, loves her cats, and finds tremendous enjoyment and satisfaction working on her fixer-upper house that she shares with her husband, Sean.
